Fit-out of an existing 2-storey Class 5 building with basement parking, into four distinct medical suites.

Introduced design features:

1. Four lettable tenancies with shared ablutions on each level. The layout was coordinated with the existing structure to mitigate cost and maximize the existing features. FF&E by client.
2. Full height glass lift from basement to first floor level acting as way finding and disable access.
3. Landscaped internal courtyard with a green wall and servery with seating when funds become available.
4. Sound-proof internal walls, doors, and ceilings, in compliance with Health Facility Guidelines WA.
