The first Community Care Unit of it’s kind in Western Australia concept was developed by Richmond Wellbeing. This facility featured a conversion of an Aged Care Home into a modern, yet homely Psychiatric Group Home.

The facility features and Admin Building equipped with Collaboration rooms and Offices for Staff, End of Trip Facilities, Consulting Room and an Activity room. Each house has 4 Bedrooms – each with an Ensuite, fully equipped kitchen and laundry plus common spaces for residents. Out of the 5 houses, there is an AS1428 compliant house.
